Laurent Uberti, CEO - Founding Partner

Laurent Uberti holds a degree from the ESC Nice Sophia Antipolis (CERAM) Business School and is one of the 3 founders of Acticall.
Laurent is President of The Acticall Group and has also been President of the SP2C (French call centers’ outsourcers association) since 2005. He is Vice-President of the AFRC (French Association for Customer Relationship Management) and Vice-President of the ALRS (French association managing the Social Responsibility Label for the customer service industry in France).

Olivier Camino, COO, Operations - Founding Partner

Olivier Camino, holds a degree from the ESC Nice Sophia Antipolis Business School (CERAM) and is a Founding Partner of The Acticall Group.

Olivier Camino is the head of Operations of The Acticall Group.

Arnaud de Lacoste, COO, Business Development - Founding Partner

Arnaud de Lacoste holds a degree from the ESC Nice Sophia Antipolis Business School (CERAM), and is a Founding Partner of The Acticall Group.

Arnaud de Lacoste is the head of the Sales and Marketing Departments of The Acticall Group.

David Slaviero - Chief Technology Officer

David Slaviero holds an Engineer degree from Telecom Paris (ENST). He is the CTO of The Acticall Group.

David began his career at Cap Gemini. He joined Acticall in 2001 and since 2004 has been the head of the Information Systems Department. This includes managing and monitoring the department's teams, project management, Information System maintenance and evolution.

Elisabeth Destailleur - Chief Financial Officer

Elisabeth Destailleur graduated from the ESC Bordeaux Management School and is now CFO of The Acticall Group.

Over the past 15 years, Elisabeth Destailleur has achieved substantial experience inf financial management. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in accounting and financial audits. She then became CFO for different service providers in various fields: telecom, internet development, electronic publishing.

Since joining The Acticall Group in March 2006, Elisabeth Destailleur has been head of the group's Financial Department, managing accounting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, legal affairs and logistics.

Isabelle Bussel - Executive Vice-President, International Development

Graduate from ENST (Telecom Engineer) with experiences in England, Canada, Singapore then France, Isabelle Bussel has an extensive international career in sales management then executive management in various companies specialized in new technologies (EQUANT – now Orange Business Services, SIEMENS, UNISYS, CEON, SIGMA SYSTEMS & WOLTERS KLUWER). Having been Managing Director of Sitel France & Morocco from 2003 to 2008, she is very familiar with the customer relationship management industry. She also initiated the “Social Responsibility Label” (French HR Certification for the contact center industry) for which she reported progress to the Ministry of Employment. She became Vice-President of the SP2C (French Outsourcers Trade Association) from 2005 to 2008.

Isabelle Bussel joined The Acticall Group in September 2011. She manages the international development of the Group and the diversification of its offer in order to make it a leading service provider in customer relationship management.

Kim Neyret – Executive Vice-President, Key Accounts

Graduate in Construction Engineering, Finance and Multi-Media, Kim Neyret is the Executive Vice President, Key Accounts of The Acticall Group.

During her career, she has gained 20 years of professional experience in 3 areas : 5 years in Customer Relationship Management, 10 years in Finance and 4 years in Consulting. She joined the operational customer relationship department of Canal + (TV channel) as the Executive Director for Strategy & Development.
From 2007 to 2010, she also contributed to the “Social Responsibility Label” as the secretary – treasurer of the organization managing the Label.

As the Executive Vice-President, Key Accounts of The Acticall Group, Kim Neyret is in charge of the optimization of our production processes as well as the management of the Customer Service Team who looks after our client accounts.

Agnès Pegurri – Executive Vice President, Quality

Graduate of Reims Management School (ESC Reims) with a BA in European Business (Dublin City University), Agnès Pegurri is Executive Vice-President, Quality of the Acticall Group.

After a career within Irish telecoms as Assistant Product Manager, then Assistant shop Manager, Agnès Pegurri joined Acticall in 2000 as Project Manager, in charge of CRM projects support. Six years later, she became Quality Manager, dedicated to the implementation of a quality policy in accordance with NF Service for CRM certification rules.

Early 2011, Agnès Pegurri joined The Acticall Group Management Team as Executive Vice-President, Quality. Her role is to design our quality strategy & plan the roll-out of our quality policies. Agnès Pegurri also runs the Quality Committee for the AFRC (French Association for Customer Relationship Management), she is a Member of the NF 345 Brand Committee and a Member of the French Committee specially created as part of the European certification project NF EN 15838.
