Our history

The Acticall Group's History

1996

Acticall was created by the 3 founders Laurent Uberti, Arnaud de Lacoste and Olivier Camino who are still the Executive Directors of The Acticall Group. Laurent is President, Arnaud is in charge of Sales & Marketing and Olivier is in charge of Operations.

2000

The Acticall Group received equity investment from the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy). 

2003

The Acticall Group received equity investment from two institutional partners: MBO Partners and X-Ange (La Poste Group Funds)

2005

Acticall received the NF 345 Certification for Customer Relationship Management

2006

Acticall acquired Vitalicom and obtained the Social Responsibility Label for the customer service industry in France as part of the first wave of companies ever to obtain this label.

2007

Acquisition of Learning CRM, specializing in customer relationship training programs, managed by its President: Philippe Riveron, who also coordinates the Training Committee of the AFRC, the French Association for Customer Relationship Management.

2008

The Social Responsibility Label is renewed for all The Acticall Group sites, both in France and Morocco in the "outsourced contact centers" category.

2009

CREADEV (Mulliez family) integrates the Acticall Group's capital at 45%. 55% remaining with the 3 founders and current Executive Directors.

The NF Service "Customer Relationship center" NF345 certification is renewed and extended to all of the Group's sites in France and Morocco.
 
Four new sites open (Toul, St Etienne, Blois, 9 Shore - Casanearshore Park), thus creating 600 jobs.


The SIMCall Healthcare division is created in partnership with VIDAL and MediSCAN. It is dedicated to medical information and patient support for the pharmaceutical industry. 

The Acticall Group recorded a growth of 20% in 2009 versus 2008.

2010

3 new sites are launched: Pau Cité Multimedia, St Etienne 2 and Clermont Ferrand.

The Nancy site moves to Nancy Plaza.

The NF 345 quality certification and the Social Responsibility Label are renewed on all sites and extended to the new sites.

In 2010, The Acticall Group registers +23% growth vs 2009 and reaches revenues of 129M€.

2011 

At the beginning of 2011, the e-acticall division is created with its new "Digital CRM" services, dedicated to digital customer relationship management. Arrival at the head of e-acticall of an expert in social media and relationship marketing : Vanessa Boudin-Lestienne.

In May 2011, The Acticall Group reinforces its executive management team with the arrival of Kim Neyret to head up Customer Strategy & Key Accounts. Kim Neyret was previously head of Customer Strategy & Outsourced Contact Centers at Canal +.

The international development of The Acticall Group is launched at the end of September 2011 with the arrival of Isabelle Bussel, ex Managing Director of Sitel France & Morocco.

At the end of 2011, the Acticall Group recorded 20% growth versus last year,  making sales of 160M€ (and 185M€ predicted for 2012).
