As part of its CSR policy, The Acticall Group also joined IMS –Entreprendre pour la Cité, a dynamic network for the promotion of social responsibility.
Initiated by the Ministries of Employment and Urban Policy, the National Commitment to Urban Youth Employment is designed to foster the inclusion of young people residing within urban policy priority areas and to further support sustainable access to employment.
By signing the "Plan Espoir Banlieue" (Suburban Prospects Plan), The Acticall Group agrees to provide information, to promote its professions, to encourage company discovery and to facilitate employment for urban youth.
Since the agreement was signed, the Group hired 205 employees under the age of 26, including 120 permanent contracts. (as of September 2010)

Proactive Management of Careers & Skills (GPEC in French) aims at anticipating the required evolution of jobs and skills needed to match the strategy of a company as well as the social consequences of future technological, economic and structural developments.
It gives each employee the opportunity to achieve sustainable employment with professional or geographical mobility opportunities, rather than obligations. Through this agreement signed between a company and its trade union representatives, the parties attest to their commitment to constructive and transparent social dialogue so as to take early steps in order to:
- Safeguard the company's competitiveness in France
- Maintain its market share
- Enhance the quality of the offer and of customer service
- Preserve employment
- Develop skills and staff employability
The framework agreement concluded with the AFPA (French Association for Adult Professional Training) contributes to offer recognition and stability to employees working in remote customer relationships .
It involves support offered to employees in their efforts to gain prior learning recognition (VAE, Credit for Prior Learning in the French system), in cooperation with the AFPA, through professional training in the field of remote customer relationship.
By means of this agreement, The Acticall Group and the AFPA intend to strengthen the synergy between their networks.
The partnership primarily aims at promoting the integration of job applicants through the use of professional training contracts. To do this, The Acticall Group uses AFPA sourcing and recruitment tools (Employment Centers, business discovery days, etc ...)
In October 2005, The Acticall Group signed a company agreement which brought the employment of disabled workers at the heart of its human resources policy.

It continues to reinforce its integration and support policy for senior professional development and works at optimizing retirement management.
Furthermore, this agreement is a means of highlighting the diversity of remote customer relationship careers and expand its appeal to all generations.
Gender equality is the company's commitment to the equal treatment of women and men, but also its willingness to take into consideration family constraints that might have an impact on a professional level: maternity leaves, parental leaves, absences due to a sick child.
After a detailed comparative analysis, the aim is to set men and women on an equal footing in terms of pay, access to employment, vocational training, working conditions or career development.
The Charter for Preventing Harassment at the Workplace marks the Group's desire to value respect for individual dignity and rights as well as individual freedoms within the company.
This charter aims, on the one hand, at maintaining a positive social climate conducive to individual respect, and on the other hand, to raise awareness and train employees to prevent harassment behaviours. Lastly, it aims at providing employees that may have suffered harassment with general procedures, thereby ensuring an impartial and confidential consideration of their claim.

On the social front: The Social Responsibility Label, attesting to the quality of human resources and compliance with the legal framework in terms of working time, career tracking, and training policies. Furthermore, it engages the Group's responsibility in terms of working conditions, social dialogue policies and integration of employees.
