NF Service "Customer Relationship Center" certification - NF 345

NF service "Customer Relationship center" - NF 345 quality certification provides The Acticall Group with certification targeting its core business and highlights its compliance with the EN 15 838 standard.

Our quality system is central to standardizing the group's production process. To meet its clients' quality requirements, The Acticall Group established a policy grounded on a pragmatic, unified approach, standardized and centralized by its internal Quality Department.

The Acticall Group designed and developed an in-house quality control management program: ActivalueTM. This tool enables quality control based on the NF 345 certification criteria as well as business-specific criteria you establish.

Our background in Quality

The Acticall Group received the "Customer Relationship center" - NF 345 certification for the first time in November 2005 for its Paris Villette and Vervins centers.

It was renewed in 2006 for a period of two years. 
In May 2007, the extension audit allowed Rouen to also receive certification.

In November 25, 2008, The Acticall Group was granted renewal of its certification for all its sites in France, and in 2009 it was extended to all the group's sites, in France and Morocco.

In late November 2010, the certification was renewed and extended to the new sites created that year, Pau Cité Multimedia and Cournon d'Auvergne.


The "Customer Relationship center" - NF 345 certification  attests to the excellent service our customer relationship centers provide. It is issued by AFNOR Certification following a full audit of the human, hardware, documentary, and organizational resources required to provide adequate service.

The following qualification criteria are regularly inspected by AFNOR Certification:

  • information provided to clients
  • welcome
  • request processing
  • compliance with contractual commitments,
  • staff qualification, training and follow-up
  • claims processing,
  • attention to customer satisfaction

The NF Service "Customer Relationship center" NF 345 award demonstrates compliance with the NF EN 15 838 standard and NF 345 certification rules.
