Today, at 4PM, the Acticall Group and LB POKER, barrierepoker.fr holder, will give their first experience feedback on the Social CRM strategy at the e-Marketing show.
At the time of the e-Marketing show, Arnaud de Lacoste, CEO of the Acticall Group, and Vanessa Boudin Lestienne, Manager of the Acticall Group Digital department, will present their Social CRM strategy developped for the brands that want to ensure productive conversations with their communities in a CRM process.
David Desouches, CRM Manager of LB POKER, responsible of barrierepoker.fr customer services, will share his experience feedback of the Social CRM strategy especialy developed by Acticall.

The Acticall team has been in charge of barrierepoker.fr customer service from the 7th september 2010. The partnership between Acticall and LB Poker began with a mission of CRM by tchat. In this context, the advisors have to answer to the questions of barrierepoker.fr users. This mission has been progressively developed to a global Social CRM strategy in order to offer to the users a larger opportunity to exchange with the brand.
Today, this mission group different contact channels together : tchat, e-mail, inbound calls, outbound calls, SMS, and social web.
