On 12th January, the Acticall Tarbes site organizes a graduation ceremony for its employees
The Acticall Group celebrates its employees of Tarbes site :
On 12th January at 5pm, the Acticall Group, represented by Damien Mellier (Site manager of Call Center Pyrénées), will award 15 of its employees for their Validation Acquired Experience training. This ceremony will be held in Tarbes site.
10 employees will receive the title of Customer Relationship Management Advisor (corresponding to the high school diploma). 5 other employees will receive a certificate of professional skills: “Providing services, advising and managing the customer relationship management”
During this Validation Acquired Experience training, which stood from July to October, the candidates had received a personalized training by l’AFPA and Learning CRM (the training subsidiary of the Acticall Group, specialized in the customer relationship magament skills development).
The final examination took place from the 3rd until the 6th October 2011 and consisted in a written test, working overviews and an interview with a jury.
