SIMCALL, the Health Division of The Acticall Group, specializes in medical information and support to patients of the pharmaceutical industry. Its expertise guarantees a team of Advisors with extensive experience in this field. SIMCALL enjoys a large number of references, both in crisis management units and in medical information hotlines.

The programs developed by Acticall Healthcare have helped many patients to reduce risk factors and better understand their condition and manage their treatment.

Many partners in the field of Public Health have relied on our expertise in managing their relationship with patients.

As active contributors to the quality and efficiency of the service provided, about forty permanent advisors compose the Acticall Healthcare division, and hundreds of others can be called on as needed.

They have all received scientific, medical or paramedical training and have experience in inbound and outbound calls in specialized units. They have experience in centers such as the French Cancer Info Service and Tabac Info Service, as well as in crisis centers set up by the French Ministry of Health in the case of health warnings, or in the information, recommendation and support hotline recently opened by the French institution Fédération Nationale de la Mutualité Française.
