Customer Relationship Training

The Acticall Group's Learning CRM subsidiary provides your teams of advisors and consultants, as well as supervisors and managers, with the needed training using innovative and efficient teaching methods.

                          

 

Learning CRM was created in 2004 by Philippe Riveron and Nancy Cornollier. It is a training center and division of The Acticall Group offering a comprehensive range of services for remote customer relationship training.

Both departments, Consulting - Training and the E-learning Studio , are
 OPQF qualidified (state-recognized in France).
